TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
1. Ownership of Content
All educational materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, slides, and other instructional content, developed and uploaded by the Virtual Instructor for use by DaPTEP shall become the sole and exclusive property of DaPTEP upon full payment to the Virtual Instructor for the agreed service. Once payment is made, DaPTEP reserves all rights to use, modify, distribute, or reproduce the content in any format or platform as deemed appropriate, including for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes.
2. Academic Standards and Quality Assurance
All uploaded instructional materials are subject to DaPTEP’s academic quality review process. Any video or content that fails to meet DaPTEP’s accepted academic standards shall be rejected and will not be used, published, or recommended by DaPTEP or any of its affiliate agents. In such a case, no compensation or payment shall be made to the Virtual Instructor for the rejected material.
3. Instructor’s Declaration
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Virtual Instructor confirms that: The submitted content is original and does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights. The content complies with DaPTEP’s academic ethics and educational objectives. The Instructor agrees to DaPTEP’s right to review, accept, reject, or modify the content as necessary.
4. Payment Terms
DaPTEP agrees to pay the Virtual Instructor for each accepted and approved academic content according to the agreed rate and schedule. Payment will only be made after the content has successfully passed DaPTEP’s review and approval process.
5. Termination
DaPTEP reserves the right to terminate the working relationship or reject any content at any time if the Instructor violates these terms, fails to maintain academic standards, or engages in conduct that may harm DaPTEP’s reputation.
6. Agreement and Acceptance
By clicking “Accept”, the Virtual Instructor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If the Instructor does not agree with the terms, they should click “Cancel” and discontinue the content submission process.
