Digital Innovation Training – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms govern participation in the Physical Digital Innovation Training Program organized by DaPTep. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 16 years old. For certain advanced courses, prerequisite knowledge may be required.

3. Registration

Registration is confirmed only after approval by the training committee. Submission of this form does not guarantee admission.

4. Fees & Payment

Paid programs are non-refundable once the training has commenced. Fees cover course materials, training sessions, and certification.

5. Attendance & Participation

Participants are expected to attend at least 80% of sessions to qualify for certification. Active participation in exercises is required.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials provided are for personal use only and may not be distributed without prior written consent.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain professional conduct throughout the training. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

8. Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements including final assessment.

9. Data Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for training-related purposes.

10. Amendments

DaPTep reserves the right to modify these terms, course schedules, or content as necessary.
